Stored XSS via unescaped workflow job names

Stored XSS in Jenkins Template Workflows Plugin 41.v32d86a_313b_4a and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in a victim's browser. The TemplatesWorkflowJob#refresh AJAX handler concatenates an unescaped job name into an HTML response that client code assigns to innerHTML. Exploitation requires job-creation permission and a victim to open the crafted Template Workflow Job configuration page; targeting an administrator can lead to code execution on the controller.
