Heap corruption via overflowing time-table allocation

Integer overflow in GTKWave 3.3.115 allows attackers to corrupt memory by persuading a user to open a crafted FST waveform file. In fstReaderIterBlocks2, attacker-controlled tsec_nitems overflows or truncates calloc's allocation size before decoded 64-bit varints are written beyond the undersized time_table heap buffer. The consequence depends on allocator behavior: overflow-checking allocators crash, while unchecked allocation permits attacker-controlled heap writes that can execute code.
