Recipe modification via missing nonce validation
Published Jul 17, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Zip Recipes 8.0.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify recipes through forged requests. RecipeTable/edit.php and the zrdn_clear_image() and zrdn_process_update_recipe() functions accept state-changing requests without nonce validation. Exploitation requires an administrator to follow a malicious link or visit a crafted page, and successful requests can update recipes or remove their images.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
