CVE-2023-35081Known exploitationNetwork attack vector

Arbitrary file write via path traversal

Published Aug 3, 2023 · Updated Jan 14, 2026

Path traversal in Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile before 11.10.0.3, 11.9.1.2, and 11.8.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to write files. Ivanti has not disclosed the affected request handler, but the flaw fails to confine an administrator-supplied file path to its intended directory. Administrator privileges are required when exploited alone; a companion authentication bypass removes that gate, and malicious files can enable commands as the tomcat user.
