Unauthenticated service interruption via Helpdesk forms
Published Jun 12, 2023 · Updated Jan 3, 2025
Uncontrolled resource consumption in JetBrains YouTrack before 2023.1.10518 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via Helpdesk forms. JetBrains identifies the locus as Helpdesk form processing but has not disclosed which request data consumes resources or how processing becomes unbounded. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted network request can make the service unavailable while leaving confidentiality and integrity unaffected.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
