Kernel privilege escalation via mis-scaled union indexing

Out-of-bounds access in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to gain kernel privileges via nft_byteorder expressions. The nft_byteorder_eval function indexes 16-bit members of a 32-bit-aligned union, causing size-2 conversions to access beyond stack arrays. Exploitation requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in a user or network namespace and permits kernel-memory disclosure or corruption, a system crash, or kernel-code execution.
