Service enumeration via unrestricted server-side URL requests

Server-side request forgery in Chamilo LMS 1.11.0 through 1.11.18 allows remote attackers to enumerate server-reachable services. The social OpenGraph endpoint passes the unauthenticated social_wall_new_msg_main URL to cURL, while the links tool likewise requests a supplied URL without restricting internal destinations. No account is needed for the social endpoint, and the blind response oracle discloses whether services reachable from the application server respond.
