Browser code execution via unsanitized SVG upload

Unrestricted SVG upload in Chamilo LMS 1.11.0 through 1.11.18 allows remote attackers to execute browser code through a crafted image. The handle_uploaded_document paths in fileUpload.lib.php move SVG documents into storage without sanitizing embedded active content. Execution occurs when the stored SVG is rendered, limiting the direct consequence to code running in the viewer's browser context.
