Phishing via unvalidated registration redirect

Open redirect in Fuge CMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to send users to an external site through a crafted registration request. RegisterAct.java accepts the nextUrl parameter from POST /register.jspx and passes it directly to response.sendRedirect without validation. A user must submit or follow the attacker-controlled request; the redirect can support phishing but does not directly alter CMS data.
