Phishing redirect via unvalidated return URL

Open redirect in Fuge CMS v1.0 allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary external sites via /process.jspx. ProcessAct.java copies the user-controlled RETURN_URL parameter directly into a redirect response without validation. A victim must follow a crafted link, enabling phishing or malware delivery while the server itself remains available.
