Memory disclosure and corruption via storage-slot overflow

Integer overflow in Silicon Labs Gecko Bootloader 4.3.1 and earlier allows local users to read or write memory via storage-slot requests. The storage-slot read and write paths perform an overflowing integer calculation on caller-supplied request values, so access is not confined to the selected slot. Reachability requires local invocation of the bootloader storage interface; successful requests expose or alter adjacent memory without a reported service interruption.
