Authentication bypass in PaperCut NG before 22.1.3 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files through the application server. The file-upload path accepts attacker-controlled content without authentication and stores it in the host's file storage. Remote unauthenticated access is sufficient, and repeated uploads can exhaust system resources and interrupt service operation.
