CVE-2023-34843Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Arbitrary file disclosure via static-path traversal

Published Jun 28, 2023 · Updated Nov 27, 2024

Path traversal in Traggo Server 0.3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through a crafted GET request to /static/. The static-file route resolves URL-encoded backslash traversal segments outside its intended content directory and returns the referenced file. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published proof of concept reads /etc/passwd; no write or execution impact is reported.
