Account takeover via userId-bound password reset

Improper password-reset authorization in Flytxt NEON-dX 0.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts via userId. The change-password handler trusts a caller-supplied userId instead of binding the target account to the authenticated session and permits repeated guesses. Low-privileged access is required, and successful guessing lets the attacker set another user's password, including an administrator's, and take over that account.
