Unauthenticated reboot via RebootSystem handler

Denial of service in TOTOLINK CP300+ 5.2cu.7594 allows remote attackers to reboot the appliance via a network request. The RebootSystem handler in lib/cste_modules/system accepts the request and invokes a system reboot without authorization. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the consequence is a temporary service interruption while the appliance restarts.
