Victim-browser script execution via unencoded dashboard titles
Published Sep 5, 2023 · Updated Sep 27, 2024
Stored XSS in the IsarFlow Portal in IsarNet AG IsarFlow 5.23 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in a victim's browser. The dashboard-title field is stored without correct output encoding in the Delete Dashboard dialog and User Dashboard view. An attacker needs application access, and execution requires another user to open an affected dialog; an administrator's session can then edit or delete dashboards.
