Unauthenticated database read and write via crafted identifier
Published Jun 12, 2023 · Updated Jan 3, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Service Provider Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or modify database data through the id parameter. The public service-detail endpoint passes crafted GET id values into a MySQL query, enabling boolean-, error-, and time-based expressions. No account is required because the affected service-detail page belongs to the public site; exploitation can disclose or alter application database records.
