Arbitrary SQL execution via uncast request parameters
Published Sep 21, 2023 · Updated Sep 24, 2024
SQL injection in Opart Faq for PrestaShop 1.0.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL via updatepos.php. The AJAX endpoint inserts opartFaqIdProductPos and each question key into a WHERE clause and writes the position value without integer conversion. Guest access to the endpoint is sufficient, exposing shop data to reading, alteration, deletion, and administrative compromise.
