Memory corruption via crafted virtual-server list
Published Jun 8, 2023 · Updated Jan 6, 2025
Stack overflow in Tenda AC10 v4 firmware US_AC10V4.0si_V16.03.10.13_cn allows local users to corrupt memory via a crafted list value. The /goform/SetVirtualServerCfg handler processes the untrusted list parameter in a way that writes beyond a stack buffer; the exact copy operation is undisclosed. Exploitation requires local access and high privileges, and the resulting corruption can compromise data or interrupt the router.
