Database disclosure and modification via unsanitized interview identifiers
Published Jun 28, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in IBOS OA 4.5.5 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify database data through the Interview Management export. InterviewController::actionExport passes the attacker-controlled interviews parameter directly into the model's fetchAll query without SQL parameterization. Access to the recruitment export requires a privileged application account, and successful injection is bounded to the database permissions held by IBOS.
