Application crash via undersized TIM2 color table

Heap-based buffer overflow in ImageMagick 7.1.1-10 allows local users to crash the application by opening a crafted TIM2 image. ReadTIM2ImageData allocates its color lookup table from the untrusted CLUT size alone instead of reserving space for the larger required color count. A user must open or convert the crafted file, after which the out-of-bounds access can terminate the image-processing application.
