Application deletion via missing route authorization

Missing authorization in FIT2CLOUD DataEase's deletion interface in 1.18.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete applications. The /delete/{appTemplateId} route in PanelAppTemplateController accepts an application identifier from an ordinary user's request without enforcing the administrator-only permission for the application module. Any ordinary account that can reach the web interface can remove an administrator-uploaded application, causing integrity and availability loss for that application.
