Hidden-file access via flipped Unix scope default

Improper authorization in Tauri 1.4.0 allows attackers to read hidden files on Linux and macOS through wildcard filesystem scopes. The Scope filesystem constructor applies a flipped Unix default for require_literal_leading_dot, so wildcard components match leading dots. Only applications exposing the fs endpoint with wildcard scopes are affected, and access is limited to hidden paths within those configured scopes.
