Arbitrary file disclosure via server-supplied form path

Improper input validation in MechanicalSoup before 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary client files via HTML forms. Browser.get_request_kwargs trusts a server-supplied file-input value as a local path, opens it, and sends its contents in a multipart request. Exploitation requires a client application to select and submit the attacker-controlled form without manually clearing or replacing the supplied file value.
