Arbitrary file read via encoded JDBC parameters

Deserialization in Apache InLong 1.4.0 through 1.7.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through crafted MySQL JDBC URLs. MySQLSinkDTO.filterSensitive matched literal parameter strings without repeatedly URL-decoding and parsing the query, so encoded unsafe options such as allowLoadLocalInfileInPath bypassed filtering. The InLong Manager must process an attacker-controlled MySQL sink URL; exploitation discloses files readable by the service account without modifying them.
