Arbitrary file read via URL path traversal

Path traversal in Harbinger Offline Player 4.0.6.0.2 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary Windows files through its embedded HTTP service. OfflinePlayerService.exe accepts ..\ segments in a requested URL and resolves the path outside its content directory while running as LocalSystem. Network access to TCP port 4444 is sufficient, and files readable by LocalSystem can be disclosed without authentication.
