Authenticated root command execution via unchecked domain

OS command injection in Peplink Surf SOHO firmware 6.3.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute root commands via HTTP. The data.cgi view_domain function inserts the attacker-controlled domain POST parameter into a dns_import shell command and passes it to popen without shell-character validation. Reaching the xfer_dns view_domain path requires authentication with device write privileges; successful injection executes arbitrary commands as root.
