Stored XSS in Peplink Surf SOHO HW1 6.3.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The handle_brand_upload function stores brand_web_name and web_link_url in /etc/brand.conf, and load_leftmenu inserts them into HTML after JavaScript-only escaping. Exploitation requires write privileges, mode=api, a VISLINK OEM build, and a victim who loads the branded interface; script runs in that browser.
