Host crash via fragmented netback packet

An out-of-bounds write in Linux netback on kernels 3.19 and newer allows guest OS users to crash the host with crafted network packets. The xenvif_get_requests() path lets an extreme fragment count underflow its remaining-slot calculation, so later request handling writes beyond the packet buffer. Reachability requires an unprivileged guest using a Linux-based network backend that includes the XSA-423 header-splitting fix; other backends are not known to be affected.
