System access via unsanitized username storage

Improper input validation in OAS Platform 18.00.0072 allows remote authenticated users to store unsafe usernames in engine configuration. The OAS Engine User Creation handler accepts a protobuf String as a username without filtering inappropriate characters, then persists it to the running configuration. Application-administrator privileges are normally required; an authentication-bypass chain plus configuration saving turns an SSH-key username into underlying-system access.
