Application crash via out-of-bounds GIF data read

Heap buffer overflow in OpenImageIO 2.4.11.0 allows remote attackers to crash applications by supplying a crafted GIF file. GIFInput::read_subimage_data reads beyond a six-byte heap allocation while opening malformed GIF data. Any application using an affected Fedora or EPEL OpenImageIO package to open attacker-controlled GIF input can terminate; no code execution or data modification is reported.
