Authentication bypass via hard-coded CLI account

Hard-coded credentials in NETGEAR RAX30 firmware before 1.0.10.94 allow remote attackers on the adjacent network to access its CLI. The system configuration embeds a user account that the CLI service accepts without attacker-supplied administrative credentials. Exploitation requires the Wi-Fi password or an Ethernet connection to the device and yields low-privileged CLI access that bypasses normal authentication.
