Reflected XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2023.05 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the Subscriptions page. JetBrains identifies the affected page but does not disclose which request value is reflected or where output encoding fails. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a user to open a crafted request; the script can read or modify data available to that user's TeamCity browser session.
