Stored XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2023.05 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in the Commit Status Publisher window. JetBrains has not disclosed which field stores the payload or which output-encoding operation fails to neutralize it. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a user to open the affected window, enabling script execution in that user's browser session without interrupting the service.
