Remote service hang via negative Content-Length

Denial of service in Cesanta Mongoose before 7.10 allows remote attackers to hang its HTTP server with a crafted request. The mg_http_parse function converts a negative Content-Length with mg_to64, casts it to size_t, and moves the pipelined-request boundary backward to the same request. One unauthenticated TCP payload whose declared length negates the full request makes the server reparse it indefinitely and stop answering all other requests.
