Trust-list spoofing in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0.0 through 3.1.0 and EMUI 11.0.1 through 13.0.0 allows attackers to hide app icons. The desktop trust-list handling accepts a spoofed trust designation, enabling a third-party app to suppress its launcher icon; Huawei has not disclosed the responsible function or validation error. Exploitation requires a third-party app to reach the desktop component, and the bounded consequence is uninstall obstruction rather than code execution or data disclosure.
