Arbitrary file read via crafted URL traversal

Path traversal in Spring Reactor Netty HTTP Server 1.0.0 through 1.0.38 and 1.1.0 through 1.1.12 allows remote attackers to read local files. The static-resource handler accepts a specially crafted URL path without reliably confining file resolution to the configured resource directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the application must use the HTTP server to serve static resources; exposure is limited to file disclosure.
