Service interruption via unbounded HTTP method metrics

Denial of service in Spring Framework 6.0.0 through 6.0.13 allows remote attackers to interrupt applications via crafted HTTP methods. The MVC and WebFlux DefaultServerRequestObservationConvention classes use unrecognized method strings as low-cardinality observation values, allowing attacker-controlled metric labels to accumulate. Exposure requires MVC or WebFlux, Micrometer Core, and a configured ObservationRegistry; the resulting resource exhaustion interrupts the application.
