Password disclosure via shared hard-coded encryption secrets

Hard-coded cryptographic keys in EventPrime Events ProfileGrid 5.5.0 and earlier allow remote authenticated users to decrypt stored user passwords. The pm_encrypt_decrypt_pass function supplies the same embedded passphrase and initialization vector on every installation instead of using site-specific secrets. Administrator-level access is required to invoke decryption directly; lower-privileged access depends on a separate vulnerability.
