Published Jun 9, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Missing authorization in WooCommerce Box Office 1.1.51 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter ticket barcodes through an AJAX request. The save_ticket_barcode WordPress AJAX action accepts attacker-supplied image, text, and ticket identifiers without authorization or CSRF checks. No account or user interaction is required, and exploitation changes stored ticket barcode data and can disrupt ticket validation.
