Repeated application crashes via oversized BSP messages

Denial of service in Briar before 1.4.22 allows remote authenticated users to crash the app repeatedly via oversized BSP messages. The BSP record reader parses a MESSAGE record beyond the 32 KiB message limit, causing MessageFactoryImpl to throw an uncaught IllegalArgumentException that exits the app. The sender must be a direct contact and remain online; repeated malicious records keep the recipient's app unusable without memory corruption or message propagation.
