Device denial of service via duplicate ARQ timers

Race condition in RIOT 2023.01 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash an IoT device by sending crafted 6LoWPAN frames. The ARQ timeout handler clears its event pointer after a reschedule, causing the scheduler to queue the same event twice and form a self-referential list. No privileges or user interaction are required; the duplicate event can produce an infinite timer loop or an invalid-memory-access crash.
