Authenticated title disclosure via unchecked internal links

Missing authorization in Kanboard before 1.2.30 allows remote authenticated users to disclose task and project titles via crafted internal links. The TaskLinkModel create() and update() paths accept an attacker-controlled opposite_task_id and create reciprocal links without checking access to the referenced task. A lowest-privileged User account and one accessible task suffice to enumerate titles from private or otherwise inaccessible projects.
