Cross-project task writes via missing permission check

Missing authorization in Kanboard before 1.2.30 allows remote authenticated users to move or duplicate tasks into unauthorized projects. TaskDuplicationController accepts a request-supplied destination project ID and calls the move or duplication model without checking whether the session user belongs to that project. A low-privileged account with access to a task can therefore write task data across project boundaries, including personal projects.
