Local privilege escalation via io_uring timer race

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel allows local users to escalate privileges by racing io_uring poll cancellation against a linked timeout. In io_uring/poll.c, forced-asynchronous poll removal does not hold ctx->uring_lock from the start, leaving removal and timer disarm unsynchronized with linked-timeout startup. An unprivileged local process must win this race; successful exploitation executes code with kernel privileges, while failure can crash the system.
