Privilege escalation in AVEVA Operations Control Logger in listed affected releases allows local users to obtain System privileges. AVEVA has not published the faulty operation or input path within the logger that crosses the privilege boundary. Exploitation requires a locally OS-authenticated standard account and permits complete control of the affected machine.
