Authenticated database disclosure and modification
Published Aug 27, 2023 · Updated Oct 1, 2024
SQL injection in IBM Security Guardium 11.4 and 11.5 allows remote authenticated users to read, add, modify, or delete back-end database data. IBM has not disclosed the affected endpoint, parameter, or code path, beyond stating that crafted SQL statements reach the back-end database without proper neutralization. The network path requires low-privileged authentication and can expose, alter, or remove protected Guardium data.
