Information disclosure in IBM PowerVM Hypervisor allows local users to read sensitive partition data from affected FW950, FW1020, and FW1030 releases. IBM has not published the affected component or the operation that exposes data across partition boundaries. The gate is system-administrator access, and the disclosed consequence is reading sensitive data belonging to partitions managed by the affected hypervisor.
