Stored XSS via unsanitized delegate name

Cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Game Result Matrix System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser. The /dipam/save-delegates.php handler stores the del_name GET value without neutralizing script markup, which executes when /dipam/all-delegates.php renders the saved delegate. A low-privileged session is required to submit the value, and a second user must view the delegates page; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied JavaScript in that viewer's page context.
