Unauthenticated command execution via Ping Test injection

OS command injection in Wavlink WL-WN579X3 firmware 20230615 allows remote attackers to execute commands through Ping Test. The /cgi-bin/adm.cgi handler accepts shell metacharacters in pingIp, allowing a semicolon-appended command to run during the ping operation. No session cookie is required, so network access to the administrative web interface is sufficient for device-level command execution.
